Located in the North of Carlisle, within the Stanwix area, there is a cark park available for patients to use. If travelling via car, the nearest junction from the M6 would be number 44, driving down Kingstown Road, turning right onto Waverly Road and continuing down as it merges into Eden Street. The number 62 bus to ‘Waverly Road’ from the city centre is every 15-20min and stops at the end of the road.

Located in the south of Carlisle, within the Harraby area, there is a car park available for patients to use. If travelling via car, the nearest junction from the M6 would be number 43, driving partially down Warwick Road before turning off onto Eastern Way and finally turning right into Locke Road and the second right into the surgery car park.
Bus services
There is a direct bus service, DR1, operated by Reays which links the City Centre to South Carlisle surgery.
The bus travels down Lowther Street, onto Warwick Road, and onto Eastern Way before stopping at Locke Road - Carlisle Healthcare South. The bus arrives at the surgery every 45 minutes, and then continues on to Carleton Clinic, via London Road and Cumwhinton Road, before looping back down Sewell Lane onto London Road and back into the City Centre.
The number 61 to ‘Central Avenue’ from the city centre is every 15 to 20min, travels down London Road, and stops at the local shops, a 5 minute walk away from the surgery.
The number 63 to ‘Botcherby, Dairy’ from the city centre is every 15 to 20min, travels down Greystone Road and Warwick Road, and stops near the Eastern Way/ Durranhill overpass, a 10 minute walk away from the surgery.
The number 60 and 61 to ‘Harraby Inn’ from the city centre is every 15 to 20min, travels down London Road, and stops at the intersection of Eastern Way and London Road, a 10 minute walk away from the surgery.

Parking
South Carlisle and North Carlisle both have ample parking outside the surgeries themselves with designated parking bays.
At St Pauls, parking is situated on the street, nearby the surgery. In case of difficulty at any of the practices please ask the receptionist to help you.
Bike Sheds
There is a bicycle shed located to the side of the North Carlisle building should you wish to lock up your bike whilst you are attending the surgery.

Accessibility
All three surgery sites have access suitable for wheelchairs. Most of the consulting rooms are at ground level however at North Carlisle and South Carlisle we have an elevator available.
St Pauls has ramp access at the front of the surgery to allow for wheelchair access and we have disabled toilet facilities at each practice.
