This wil ltake you to our automated voicemail line where you can leave your NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, ADDRESS & APPOINTMENT DETAILS. A member of the Reception Team will pick this up and cancel your appointment for you.
If you wish to re-arrange, please select OPTION 2 or 4 and speak to a member of the Reception team who will assist you in rescheduling to another suitable date.
