How to order a repeat prescription

There are 3 ways to order your Repeat Prescription from the Practice.

Please note prescription requests made via the General & Appointment telephone lines will be transferred through to the repeat prescription voicemail. This enables our call handlers to answer calls relating to general queries and appointment requests as efficiently as possible.

We advise to request your repeat medication 7 days prior to it running out. This allows our Prescribing Support Team to process the request and send it to your nominated chemist.

Click HERE to order your repeat medication via our online Practice form. Please provide details on the medication name, dosage & quantity. Also include where you would like to collect the prescription from.

Do you have a regular prescription? Using electronic repeat dispensing (eRD) means you don’t have to worry about contacting your GP ahead of every repeat prescription. Click HERE for more information.
