I had a very good experience as is usual at this surgery, I have been a patient here for over 50 years, and have always been very happy with the service of all the nurses and GPs that I have dealt with.

First Class Care

I recently had acute iritis and was seen by a doctor here straight away, over the period of five weeks the care I received was first class. Everything was fully explained and efforts were made to ensure I could attend the practice as I work away from home. I would like to thank the doctors I saw for their care.

Good overall surgery

I understand some people might have problems from time to time but i think the overall service if this practice is amazing
Everyone is friendly and helpful and do what they can to oblige uf your request cannot be met at that time

Receptionist is outstanding

Had two contacts recently with Carlisle Healthcare, speaking with the same member of staff on both occasions. Their telephone manner is exceptional and instantly i felt at ease discussing my health concern. I felt they went the extra mile in easing my anxieties and chased up and got back to me quickly with the information i required.
I hope they are recognised as an outstanding member of staff and recognised for their excellent communication skills.
