great nurse

I had an appointment at Arnside house with the nurse and I would like to commend her on the great way she explained everything I asked and more Although I have never spoked to her before it was like talking to an old friend, exceptionally great nurse.

friendly staff

Visited the nurse at St Paul's medical centre after getting an appointment the same day with the help of the friendly receptionist on Friday 4th January. The nurse was very friendly and attentive as she listened to me and gave me good advice, and she spoke to me respectively and listened to my concerns and respected my decisions. She gave me time to explain and did not feel rushed. I did not wait very long in the waiting room either which was good too.

Asking a Doctor a question online

I sent a online request to my Doctor, regarding a query with medication, it was replyed to within a few hours, excellent system

Very Happy With Care Received

After only recently registering with Carlisle Healthcare from outside of Cumbria, I was quite concerned reading the reviews. Unfortunately I was taken very ill earlier this week, but able to get an appointment within a few hours with a Nurse Practioner. I was given a thorough examination, discussing the seriousness of my underlying condition & the Nurse Practioner prescribed fast effective medication. She followed up this appointment with a phone call a couple of days later to check on my progress, which was appreciated.

I cannot fault the level of care I have received during my first appointment as a new patient.
