Ordering Your Repeat Medications 

Ordering a repeat prescription has changed at Carlisle Healthcare - All prescription requests made via the general & appointment telephone lines will now be transferred through to the repeat prescription voicemail.

Enabling our call handlers to answer calls relating to general queries and appointment requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We now offer 3 ways to order your medications from the practice:

• Call us on 01228 588121 to leave a voicemail message - Press Option 1 then option 1 again
• Use the NHS App - www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/

Please allow at least 4 working days for your prescriptions to be processed in the surgery before collecting from your nominated pharmacy
