SAFA
SAFA (the acronym for Self Harm Awareness for all) is committed to making a positive difference to the lives of individuals, in Cumbria, who self harm and to those who support them. Here offers high quality, free or low-cost counselling and psychotherapy that adheres to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and UKCP guidelines. We offer 6 free sessions for those who find it difficult to access private therapy. Further ongoing sessions can be negotiated where we continue to provide inexpensive access to talking therapies.
